Method Maker will conceive, design, build, and operate information technology solutions for our customers that result in one or more of the following outcomes:

• The productisation of software systems, components, and frameworks [by leveraging development resources and objectives]
• Enhanced competitive performance and behaviour [by streamlining and improving the way information technology is adopted, configured and used]
• An ability to change and adapt more rapidly [by architecting, reusing and optimising the number and type of technological components in use]
• Stabilised and strengthened operational and managerial processes [by extracting better levels of automation and knowledge from computing resources]

Vision

Method Maker can be engaged at any point by customers because we provide an integrated set of service offerings that span the entire lifecycle of information technology systems.

Service offerings set customer expectations to the deliverables that will be produced and allow customers to choose from one or more discrete types of work. These offerings can be consumed individually in small parts to solve specific problems, or assembled into larger programmes of work to provide a more comprehensive solution.

Services are supplied by team structures that facilitate the blending of working roles across the organisational boundaries of Method Maker and our customers, allowing risk skill and commercial opportunities to be leveraged by the project in optimal ways.
